Does Misty Croslin stand a chance?

Did she stand a chance?

Look at her parents. Look at her life. It does not take long to see the big picture. Misty didn’t stand a chance. With no quality parental guidance, no education and no skills to fall back on, Misty Croslin Cummings pretty much was doomed to fall into a life of sex, drugs and crime. This type of person should be educated and rehabilitated. Unfortunately, while those concepts are great in theory, “rehabilitation” is rarely the reality for the poor and uneducated criminal. Let’s face it, by the time Misty get’s out of prison, how much was that bail, oh yes it was $50,000 which would be 10% of $1000.000, she will be emotionally destroyed and her spirit will have been broken. In short, prison isn’t about rehabilitation, it’s about removal and destruction. Some people actually rehabilitate themselves, but they are the strongest of the strong. While Misty isn’t in prison yet, she will be and that is where our society fails. At her age, she can actually be reeducated to become a productive member of society. But we don’t often allow losers like her to have a chance. Were she to miraculously come up with some meaningful statement (might her attorney help her with that?) to convince a judge that she is sorry and wants to learn and grow to be a better person, and were he to help her along, her parents would bring her back down in a matter of days. There would have to be some type of program in place to give Misty Shelter from the storm.

Why am I being so thoughtful and empathetic about some trailer trash woman who sold drugs to a cop? Because she is only 18 and she has her entire life ahead of her. Moreover, the world is looking, no, gawking and talking instead of giving her the hand she needs to get up after she fell. Misty’s behavior is learned behavior. She wasn’t born an 18 year old criminal. While I do not seek to give excuses to all the teen drug sales people in the world, she is clearly a child and for this reason, it is painfully obvious that she needed and needs help. Intentionality is something we take into account in murder trials. If it is “proven” that it was not the intention of the killer to kill, the punishment is far less severe. Can we look at the intentionality of Misty’s actions? Did she really understand the profound mistake she was making? Was she destined to repeat the mistakes of her parents? Aren’t we all? Hank blames his sister Misty for his being in jail and getting involved with drugs. Oh yes! Now that’s a definite reason he should be released immediately—-it wasn’t his fault, his little sister MADE HIM DO IT! Do you see how this ignorant family really is?

Should Misty be given help and education or should she be locked up in a prison with hardened criminals?
We should have schools for people like Misty, that teach people from low income homes how to become responsible citizens who are productive. This would be good for the young people who never really had a chance and good for the country. Giving up on them, pointing a finger at them, supposing they should have “known better” or proposing they deserve to be locked up for their “crimes” is preposterous when it amounts to committing a crime that they have been led to by almost every aspect of their unfortunate existence since birth. When does society become accountable for the lost children? I am not proposing socialism. I am proposing sanity in the way we assist the least fortunate members of the lower class. Throwing money at them has been the fix that alleviates the guilt of those who are more fortunate in our country. Welfare and a plethora of other meager programs have provided a way for politicians to rationalize that we are doing “something” which is better than nothing. But throwing money at the “problem” hasn’t worked. It only perpetuates dependent incompetence. Schools that educate the less fortunate could be filled with young prisoners, who have committed non-violent crime, who could learn a trade and contribute to the Gross National Product instead of create more tax debt.

Imagine a Misty Croslin who learned to work for a living as impossible as that may seem. If you give it proper consideration, it isn’t far fetched. We have the money. We just spend it in a less than effective way. At the very least, she can be taught to respect her body and to respect others and to go back to high school or to get a GED, then to get a job.

Behold, a crying, miserable mess of a child, imprisoned and aired nightly on Nancy Grace for the entertainment of all who tune in to stare, mesmerized by the caricature painted before them. Misty Croslin is the food that hoards of sad sacks seek on a daily basis to fuel their blood lust for misery and pain. By her horrible public existence she provides a sense of superiority to those who live in pathetic mediocrity, but who wish to believe that in some way, they are better. Perhaps it is reasonable to deduce that Misty did the best she could with what she had–nothing. And equally reasonable is the assertion that the law requires that she be punished for her actions. What is not reasonable is to apply a law that is meant for people who act with premeditated bad intentions to a confused child who did what she learned to do from practically everyone in her life. Nancy Grace Interviews Morgan Harrington’s Parents

Nancy Grace’s blog on CNN reports the following:

‘Morgan’s parents break their silence & join Nancy Grace for a primetime exclusive interview — hear their reaction to the gruesome discovery of their daughter’s body.”

Morgans parents are either so distraught that they can not think or they are not very intelligent people. Let’s face it, “the gruesome discovery” would have to illicit a certain reaction. We all know what that is. Profound sadness, anger, grief and a plethora of other emotions that we have all had at one time or another. But, why would any intelligent parent appear on the Nancy Grace show three ring circus knowing that the only purpose Nancy has is to ask “And tell me Mrs. Harrington, what was your reaction when you first heard that they had found the body of your daughter Morgan?” Than, Nancy will look down while she fains grief and tells her audience how she would feel –”I just don’t know what I would do if the twins were found dead. I can’t even imagine the horror you must be experiencing right now.  Can you tell us how you feel at this moment –how you feel knowing you won’t ever get to talk to your beautiful daughter again?!”  When someone can’t look you in the eye (or even a camera) it’s pretty obvious to most of us that they aren’t being honest. Nancy has honest emotions, just not the ones we see regularly on her show. For example, Nancy shows happiness when she looks at her bank account. Nancy shows sadness when she looks in a mirror.  Etc.

I did not include a picture of the beauty, Morgan because the purpose of this article isn’t to gawk at her lovely face. It’s to expose the reality that Morgan’s parents have been exploited by Nancy Grace in the hopes of finding their daughter’s killer. What the Parents fail to recognize is that Nancy Grace has not assisted in the capture of even a single criminal. It isn’t her purpose. I hope they find the sicko who murdered Morgan. And I hope he is punished to the full extent of the law. But, desperate to find the man that took the life of their young daughter, Morgan’s parents appeared on Nancy Grace as a spectacle for people to watch while they scarf down cheese balls and drink store brand grape soda. While it may do some good to put the word out and hope that someone with some knowledge of the crime might come forward even if anonymously, a quick reality check tells us her questions are designed to insight her guests to tears and to provide the horror /entertainment her viewers have come to expect and nothing more.

Now we have to feel sad not only because Morgan Harrington was killed senselessly but because Nancy has made a ridiculous example out of the entire situation. Should the parents be victimized in the hours following the news that their daughter has been found dead? Should television ratings be the force that drives what America watches even if it involves something so deeply real and personal? Should America watch Nancy Grace make fools out of Mr. and Mrs. Harrington in their most vulnerable moment?

What do you think? Do we need to “hear their reaction to the gruesome discovery of their daughter’s body?”  As though  Huxley’s Brave New World is ours, big brother shall tell us what we should think is important and even more important is the inclusion of us in what is important. The “urgent breaking news” of last week is spewed upon us and served up with a fresh dose of perplexing, artificial emotions that are designed to invoke horror and excitement. As though Nancy crawled out of “night of the living dead” we see images of distraught parents and their dead children on a nightly basis. Nancy’s only messages?  1. It’s important that we know that their is horrible crime in America. 2. I am the one who brings you the real story of what happened to little (dead person of the day).  The “real story” is usually the misery of the lives that she puts before us. I think there is enough misery in our lives. Do we really need to see the misery of others and to compare it so we feel better about our own lives? Is that what the attraction really is for the majority of Nancy’s ignorant viewers? Yes “ignorant” because, Ignorant is a derivative of the word “ignore”.  People who ignore what is really important in other words and thus pay attention to things in life that are less significant. Oh,  kind of like watching the Nancy Grace Show!  Yes. Pass the Opium please. It’s been a long day.

What not to say in 2010

I have an idea. Let’s start some new expressions that do not sound as lame as those we came up with in recent years. Here are just a few:

Don’t go there: Is there anyone who disagrees that this is just overused to the point of being nauseating? And wherever “there” is, “don’t go there” seems always to be a warning. Next time someone says, “don’t go there” to you, be sure to take the trip.

It’s all good: Ok I could agree that a lot of it is good. But is it really ALL good? I don’t think so. If you disagree, next time someone says “it’s all good” smack him in the head and ask, “was that good?”

My bad: This is the worst expression yet. Just how far can we push the English language until it becomes something else? When someone uses this expression, “my bad”, they typically haven’t done anything very bad. Usually it’s just a small error or insignificant mistake. So, next time someone says, “my bad” tell them, “no, your mediocrity” and that should cover it all.

What up: Do I even need to explain just how offensive this is to those of us who can actually form words and put them together into something intelligible?

When did waitresses and waiters start asking at the finish of a meal, “still pickin’”? That is just irritating. It implies many things and none of them are very good. To name a few, “still pickin’” may imply:

  1. Aren’t you finished with this table YET?
  2. You are a slow eater!
  3. I’m watching you and attempting to ascertain exactly when you might give up your plate
  4. I care if you eat too slowly
  5. Even though you are a guest of this establishment, your time here is limited
  6. When you eat, you do not have good manners, rather you pick at your food which is distasteful
  7. Pckin’? You’re wasting my time! GET OUT!

Regardless of which meaning you infer the reality is, “still pickin’” is just rude. So to all you servers out there who have learned from those before you, STOP IT.

While we are talking about restaurants, I will address how a customer feels when they enter into a restaurant alone and the first thing they hear is “only one?” Immediately after being led to a table that is set for two, the hostess takes away the “other silverware” stating, “you won’t be needing THIS!” further emphasizing that you are alone. Then to make matters worse, the server comes and asks “will anyone be joining you?” Years ago, some restaurants required that you wear a tie and jacket to eat in their establishment. Why not carry that over and if you are alone, you must where a hat that says, “loser is alone”. Wow I feel good!

I eat alone in restaurants often and have no problem doing so. Sometimes, you are inevitably alone and coincidentally hungry in a place that is not your kitchen. Hence the reasoning behind eating in a restaurant “alone”. But do they have to emphasize just how disappointed they are that server 3 will not have a big tip from you today and that your overall bill will be half of what it “should” be?

BUS BOY: “ARE YOU FINISHED WITH THAT?”

Me: “No, but you can have some if you like.

BUS BOY: “No, I just wanted to clear your plate”

Me: “Why?”

(We actually PAY to be treated like this!) and we do it all the time.

I ate in a very excellent Pizza Restaurant last year. The pizza is excellent I should say. My friend and I sat down, ordered a pizza and a salad and two beers. The pizza was brought out and before either of us could take a slice, a bus boy came over and asked, “would you like a box for that?” Astonished I said, “no, we haven’t even started eating yet.” He said, “sorry, I thought you were finished.” Less than a minute later, having eaten a bite of my slice of pizza, a lady ( I am not sure what her job was) walked over and asked, may I take your plate?” I said, “certainly you may but before you do, will the owner mind if I eat on the table cloth?” She said, Oh I’m sorry, I thought you were finished.” My response was, “yes it seems to be the trend” I don’t think she got that. My friend thought it was quite hilarious and began choking on his pizza. This was because, while this restaurant is usually very busy, we were the only patrons in the place. Perhaps the rest of the customers got their food taken away before it even came out and they left without paying their bill. There’s probably a warrant out for their arrest.

So, I ask “what ever happened to thinking about what you do?” Is that really too much to expect? As I write this I am deep in thought driving down the main road of my town. Although I must glance up intermittently I type with thoughtfulness. Is this a lost art? Does anyone out there think about what they do? I have to close here because I am just about out of battery.

Nancy Grace finally gets the truth out of Misty Croslin Cummings!

The title of this post should be, “In your dreams”. After all, Nancy Grace hasn’t ever revealed anything we didn’t already know if we read any newspaper from any major city in America. Nevertheless, since hoards of ignorant, toothless, trailer dwellers continue to watch her, since these are the type of people who are generally stupid enough to speak about nothing on her show, it is probable that we should ask the question, “why can’t Nancy Grace get the truth out of anyone?” Here might be some of the reasons Nancy Grace has a little difficulty in getting to the bottum of the murders she “investigates” and reports on.

1. Her intuition is almost always wrong about who committed the crime. The list is endless. She is almost always wrong about everyone’s participation and role in anything and everything. Case in point, Rugby players at Duke University.
2. Despite quasi legal terminology such as “at this juncture” and her favorite word “ensue” not to mention “gone missing” she hasn’t much respect for the law. If she did have respect for law enforcement, she would not air their failures on a nightly basis nor would she try to do their jobs on national television.
3. She has no real interest in solving any crime. Nancy’s purpose is to sell commercials and make a high income. While she may, on some level, care about the people she reports on, and while she can fake cry at the drop of a pin (she hasn’t been doing this as much lately), they aren’t her first priority.
4. No intelligent person would go on The Nancy Grace Show and reveal the truth about their crime. Case in Point, Melinda Duckett. She was told she was going on TV to “help find her son”. When faced with questions about her whereabouts and other facts that might have pointed to the fact that she allegedly murdered her son, she clammed up and got defensive. Immediately following that show, Melinda Duckett committed suicide, probably making it impossible for law enforcement to ever get to the truth about what truly happened.
5. The network won’t let her. After the Melinda Duckett incident and the ensuing (Nancy’s favorite word!) law suits, the network probably isn’t excited about letting Nancy brutally interrogagte emotionally distraught suspect perpetrators who for all practical purposes should be receiving psychiatric care for their mental illness.
6. If Nancy got to the bottom of anything with anyone, the “case” would be over and that would cause her ratings to drop possibly. The longer the hysteria continues, the longer she can milk the situation for ratings.
7. Anything Nancy Grace discovers on her show would probably be inadmissible in a court of law since the alleged perpetrator was not given their rights or offered an attorney in their own defence before making any admission or confession.

Misty Croslin knows exactly what happened to Haleigh. Or does she? When you are doing drugs and having sex with someone other than your partner while he is working, and the baby disappears, perhaps you don’t know what really happened. If you do, perhaps it’s too late to do anything about it. Perhaps talking about it would lead to your own arrest and conviction for negligence etc.

Nancy Grace finds and keeps airing cases in which the players e.g. Misty Croslin, Casey Anthony, George and Cindy Anthony, Ronald Cummings and a smattering of others are willing participants in the continuing saga that becomes Nancy Grace’s viewers non-intellectual property. Misty Croslin

As we all now know, Misty Croslin is the one person who can lead law enforcement to the body of Haleigh Cummings either directly or through someone else who knows where the body is. Unfortunately, Nancy Grace of HLN’s “Nancy Grace Show” continues to procrastinate, careful not to drive yet another one of her “guests” to suicide. Be that as it may, there is still an unsolved crime here which should be, by now, rather easy to decipher if only someone would talk. Nancy could interview Misty Croslin in an attempt to get to the truth. Has HLN forbidden Nancy Grace to talk with Misty? After all, the last thing law enforcement needs is another suspect disappearing by ending their own life. Let’s look at some back round on Grace that illuminates good reason for her to calm down.

    WHO IS NANCY GRACE?

Nancy Grace, a former prosecutor who was banished from the world of prosecution at least in Georgia, now practices crackpot “justice” on her hour long adventure into nothingness. As reported by Carey Robers of Mensnewsdaily.com,

When special prosecutor Nancy Grace won 100 felony cases in a row, she was riding the fast-track to legal notoriety. But in 1997 the Supreme Court of Georgia charged her with “inexcusable” actions that “demonstrated her disregard of the notions of due process and fairness.” And eight years later her career came off the rails when the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals concluded Grace had “played fast and loose” with ethical canons.

So Grace left Georgia and signed on as a commentator for Court TV. In 2006 Nancy again boarded the fast train when she struck a deal with CNN to anchor her own Nancy Grace Program.

The once overly aggressive madam of pre-trial execution, now appears to be gun shy as she tip toes through the tulips asking benign questions of Ronald Cummings that yield no new information. Grace showed an old clip of one of her “recent” shows in which the mother of Misty Croslin speaks about how much she misses her granddaughter and fails to reveal any new facts that might aid in finding her. Surrounding this old video was nothing more than the familiar empty promise of “breaking news” for which Grace has become so famous. Unfortunately for her loyal viewers, never has there ever been any news especially of the “breaking” variety on The Nancy Grace Show. The Nancy Grace entertainment hour depends upon raising the emotional bar as far as is humanly possible with opinions, innuendo and lawyerly talk that has no foundation in reality. Viewers call in to ask questions that can have no factual answers. Supposition and opinion rule the airwaves as Grace derides literally everyone on the show including her own staff for the love of ratings and the almighty dollar. Ironic is the fact that Nancy Grace, who wishes to appear sympathetic to the victim’s plight, habitually victimizes her own guests spewing her own brand of Southern Hospitality mixed with just enough hatred so as not to go unnoticed. Grace is a somewhat feminine egocentric buffoon who craves attention to the extent that her guests and interviewees take the back seat to her tumultuous rantings and ravings. Many guests have told her off only to have their microphones turned off. On The Nancy Grace Show, Nancy is God. How can it be that Nancy Grace’s totalitarian style conflicts with the very sense of fairness that she claims to defend? The answer is quite rudimentary; Nancy Grace is a phony. Her legacy will be that she screamed a lot and that’s pretty much it.

DO YOU WANT JUSTICE?
How long will the public tune in to perpetuate the Nancy Grace show that airs each evening between the hours of 8 and 9? In my opinion FOREVER. Nancy Grace has a stronghold on the minds of the meek who crave justice of any kind to compensate for their inability to deal with their own lack of assertiveness. Viewers can vicariously live out the cases that are shown ad nauseum in order to unconsciously satisfy their hunger for justice in their own lives. Nancy capitalizes on the psychological ailments of her viewers with histrionics that are, to say the least, extraordinary. Nancy Grace’s “strength” lends vitality to viewers who can’t seem to get up off the couch and do something. A plethora of “moments” of the Nancy Grace show are available on Youtube and other sites. Moreover, more enlightened individuals who have had the pleasure of viewing the Nancy Grace Show have written volumes about her unprofessional antics. Nancy Grace continues to revitalize what were sagging rating on HLN that prior to her show did nothing more than replay the same news clips 24 hours / day.

So, if you have nothing to do, nowhere to go, and nothing to learn, grab some cheese balls and a grape soda and tune in tonight at 8 p.m. eastern standard time and watch Nancy Grace accomplish absolutely nothing in the way of solving any crime. You will enjoy it! Do you know why? Because watching other people’s suffering makes you feel better about yourself. It’s that simple. Just think about it. Then, realize you could actually do something else. Have you read “The Old Man and the Sea” spend quality time with your significant other. Go to sleep and get some extra rest. Take a walk and get some exercise. Talk to your children (tell them to turn off their cell phones). In fact, do ANYTHING but watch recirculated garbage quasi news entertainment that will teach you absoutely nothing. URGENT BREAKING NEWS!!!: iif you watch Nancy Grace for more than ten minutes, you have already seen the whole show! So, if you must, watch ten minutes then, masturbate. It’s really all the same thing. But physical masturbation is a lot more pleasing than the mental kind.

An open letter to Casey Anthony

Dear Casey Anthony:
Be sure to read: http://wp.me/pzyqz-5P

I am writing to let you know that your past behavior in regard to your daughter, whether you murdered her or not, is reprehensible. Further, there are many people in this country and around the world who feel you should be killed if you did kill your daughter. I would like to let you know that I am one of those people. On the other hand, perhaps you’re very sick and you do not realize what you did. And maybe you have not the capacity to understand the charges against you. I think that might be the case since you were partying in a pool while other people looked for your daughter. You showed no apparent sadness whatsoever.

While you were running up your mother’s credit cards, she was looking for her granddaughter. Now, it doesn’t take the smartest man in the world to figure out that there’s something wrong in your head. Nevertheless, are you incapacitated? Is your dementia severe enough to justify an insanity defense? I think not. Thus, I am pretty sure that you will burn in hell for all eternity for what you may have done. That being said, it’s also a good bet that the bleeding hearts of this country will spare you from the death penalty. So what’s the real purpose of writing this letter to you and oh how I hope you have internet access in prison.

I am writing to let you know that I hope you die a slow and agonizing death when they finally put you into general population. They don’t like child molesters or child murderers in prison Casey. I think your days are numbered regardless of what the jury decides. Your sad existence will soon end no matter what. I find a lot of peace in that. A lot of peace.

Body of Annie Le found in Wall at Yale. Killer had connection.

This kind of ending to a story really makes me sick. Annie Le’s body was found stuffed into a wall of an industrial part of the building where she worked. Some sick criminal took away more than her bright future. He took away young women’s feeling of security at Universities all over America. It isn’t bad enough that we have to worry about some deranged psychopath coming on campus and shooting people he doesn’t even know. Now we have a serial rapist and murderer running around the Yale University Medical complex.

I advocate public hangings.

What do we do in America with people like the murderer when they are caught? We lock them up most of the time. And regardless of where you stand on the death penalty, I can’t think of a stronger deterrent. Some argue that death isn’t a deterrent. That there is just as much homicide even when a state has the death penalty. That may be so however, there’s a reason that the death penalty may not be as effective a deterrent as it might be. It isn’t public. Out of sight, out of mind. Mightn’t it give the women of our country a little more peace if they knew that a man who attempted to murder them would be facing a public death? Would there be less gangs if gang members who killed were hung in the public square? I say yes! I’m not a fascist. I’m not a killer. But I am a man who wishes we didn’t have to lose our children to sick fiends. There is a solution but, the liberal bleeding hearts of our country can’t bring themselves to allow what might actually do some good i.e. killing the killers for all to see.

You might ask, “what are we barbarians?” Is it barbaric to kill those who kill? Without getting the bible involved “an eye for an eye” type of argument, some argue that two wrongs can not make a right. I say killing the killers on TV will not make what happened right, but it might make a potential sicko think twice about doing what is, to most of us unthinkable. Moreover, if they do think twice and decide it’s too risky, perhaps we won’t have so much TV killings anyway. TV? Yes, right on TV for anyone eighteen years or older. And of course, anyone may come to the actual sight of the killing so that they can see justice being done. It worked in the past. It can work again. I say, screw the bleeding hearts that want to protect animals who kill. If the DNA matches, I say the public killing may commence. Why pay sixty thousand a year to house and feed someone who commits premeditated rape and murder? Save the money and prevent future crime. Voters won’t go for it you say? I say they will if it’s presented properly. The death penalty nation wide for premeditated rape and or murder based on DNA evidence will save tax payers hundreds of millions of dollars! It will lessen crime by deterring the criminals.

There are two methods of killing these criminals that would be highly effective. The first is by firing squad. That is a quick and painful way to go. The second is by hanging. I vote for hanging. Why not lethal injection? Because doctors are here to cure, not to kill. Why not the electric chair? Who in hell invented that thing to begin with? I mean seriously, that is too inhumane. With hanging death is instantaneous. The French cut off heads long ago. I find that too gruesome. The important element is that the punishment be public. After all, who ever heard of a private stoning?

We have more violent crime as the population grows. This only makes sense. But, how long will we stand by and pussy foot around and let people get out on parole and kidnap victims, rape women and kill for sport? It’s time to do something about this in order to protect innocent lives. No one deserves to live in fear but, many do live in fear because of how light sentences have been. No one is afraid of jail. It isn’t real to them. In states where they have the death penalty like Florida or Texas, criminals don’t see what might be in store for them. The penalty has to be public. This is the only way to create a true deterrent.

Why am I harping on a public death penalty? Because I’m furious that a young woman is raped, murdered and stuffed into a wall. I want to see the person who did this suffer and die. It’s the right thing.

Your comments are welcome. PLEASE ANSWER THE POLL BELOW.

On Nancy Grace: The Truth about Casey Anthony and Caylee Anthony’s Death.

HLN Nancy Grace show is a nationally syndicated talk show about crime aired each evening at 8 p.m. E.T.

Recently, a woman wrote a comment on The Blog of Nancy Grace in which she stated, “I watch Nancy Grace so I can get the facts of the case,” in reference to Casey Anthony or as Nancy Grace refers to her “tot mom”. I asked her why she needed the facts of “the case” to which I have still not received a reply.

Once a tragedy such as this, the murder of an infant, has been reported, why does anyone other than those actually involved such as attorneys and relatives, need facts about the case? Probably for the same reason they “need to know” how Michael Jackson “really died”. Curiosity and a need for good old entertainment. So if one wants the facts, why would one watch a show that really gives you no facts at all. The Nancy Grace show, most often, has only speculation as in the recent “Haleigh Cummings” sighting that turned out to be nothing more than a person of no credibility wanting a moment of fame.

There could be a lot of reasons you watch HLN’s, Nancy Grace show. Similarly, there could be many reasons you are concerned about The Casey Anthony case. After all, Caylee must not have died in vain. Right? It’s safe to say we all want justice where a little girl has been wronged and in this case brutally murdered. No one deserve that especially an innocent child. But why do you, if you do, take it so personally? There is a family on Word Press that talks about Caylee Anthony every day to get more hits on their blog which showcases their own children. On occasions when they do not discus the Caylee Anthony tragedy, they still have “Caylee Anthony” in their key words. More over, they have all the Anthony family in their tags. Why? Because they want to show you how normal and wonderful their family is.

Nancy Grace once stated that she could not understand how someone would not attend to a hurt child immediately in reference to suspicion that Caylee would have had some accident and been hurt. She followed her comment with the story of how when her son fell and hurt himself, she ran into the street screaming for a cab. So, Nancy actually wanted to let her audience know that she was a better mother than an accused child murderer. Her main point was that you should believe what she says because she’s good. Nancy Grace often thinks like a child with the tongue of a demon. Nancy Grace and her seven personalities, are nothing more than an act playing off of your hunger for “the facts”. She’s right about that; you do want facts. But where ARE the facts? She promises breaking news. Nancy Grace promises facts. She asks, WHERE IS LITTLE ______” But nothing she has done on her show has ever led to finding a missing child.

So, why ARE you concerned with little Caylee? Because Nancy makes it seem that you should be? Everyone should be informed as long as they agree with Nancy Grace “Twin Tot Mom” because even the most prominent defense attorneys are incompetent according to Nancy Grace. Nancy even fake cries to convince everyone that it’s important to know what happened to Caylee Anthony. But what might you say if I told you that it isn’t important that you know nor is it important that I know what happened to Caylee Anthony? I frankly do not care what happened to Caylee: if Casey killed her, what Cindy thinks, what George said or what the trial attorney’s are saying prior to the actual trial. I don’t care what the media has said or will say and I don’t care because in my life it makes no difference and because I can’t make a difference in their lives either.

So once again, why are you concerned with what actually happened to Caylee Anthony? What if Casey did Kill her daughter. How will that change your life? What if Casey is hiding the fact that a “one night stand” killed Caylee? How will that effect you? Here’s one for you. What if Casey’s drug dealer had threatened to kill her if she talked about how Caylee was actually killed? What if her drug dealer was sending her a message by killing Caylee? That’s what I think really happened. Why else would she never speak of the truth to even her closest and dearest relatives? Why were some of Caylee’s most personal effects present with the body and why was a sticker put OVER HER MOUTH? Something over someone’s mouth symbolizes that they should be quiet—-not speak. If this does not look like a message to Casey, what does it mean? So how far fetched is it that she has no choice because if she does reveal the truth, she’ll be killed. I can’t think of any other reason, can you? She probably owed someone a lot of money. This person was waiting for her to pay him or her. The money didn’t come in time to save Caylee. Casey went out partying to try to ignore and forget. Her mind became ill with guilt and defense mechanisms took over. She knew she had causes her daughter’s death and she needed life to be beautiful again, hence her new tattoo. She didn’t kill Casey. But she can’t tell us what really happened. That would be a definite death sentence and possibly for her parents as well. After all, someone already killed her baby.

But, what is the point of knowing? Why do I need to speculate? The answer is quite simple. I don’t. And neither do you. This should be left up to the detectives who are working the case in the real world–not the Nancy Grace entertainment world. That world is more dangerous than we may know. It influences our opinions and thinking such that bad things may come of it. Why?– Because there aren’t real facts being presented.

The Nancy Grace entertainment hour in which she screams at guests and berates parents is brilliant in that it sells commercial time for big money. But, to gain some important perspective, an entertainment hour is really all it is. So when a woman or man tells me “I want to get the facts of the case” I have to laugh. I think they are either stupid or delusional. There are no facts and there really is no “case” at least not in the fantasy world of the Nancy Grace Hour. If you actually care about a child you have never met, never known and who is now deceased enough to crave information on a daily basis, at least get your news from a credible source. I watch Nancy Grace sometimes. Because of this blog, I watch her more often. Although this blog is about Nancy Grace and nothing but Nancy Grace, I still do not watch Nancy Grace every night. I have not watched her show in two nights and I’m sure I didn’t miss a thing. If there was one actual fact revealed about any case on Twin Tot Mom’s show, you could have gotten that same news a day earlier by picking up a paper. If for the first time in the history of the Nancy Grace show, there was actually some breaking news or “urgent breaking news” be sure to let us know. And to my point, that you really don’t need to know anything Nancy Grace talks about during her hour of fame, what makes the “breaking news” so urgent? Is there anything we viewers can do to make the situation better? Do you see the manipulative psychology here? “Urgent” means something that requires immediate attention. So, it makes you feel good about yourself if her producers consider you so important that they call the news they deliver to you “urgent”. It’s urgent that YOU know. And some of you such as the lady who wrote to me who I referenced at the beginning of this article buy into it and think you “need” to know the “facts of the case”

Has our society become so sick that all we can do is eat things that companies tell us are good that actually kill us, watch things that don’t really matter because we think they do and talk about things ad nauseum that we can have no effect on good or bad? My wife went to a European health food store yesterday and purchased many “sweet things” such as cookies and candy and cereal. They have less then 25% of the sugar, on average, than their American produced counterparts. Some of them are from Italy, some from other parts of Europe. Why do Americans eat 80 pounds of sugar / year? Because the companies that advertise tell us to. Why do you care about a child who was murdered that you will never know and never did know? Because someone told you to. In this case it was Nancy Grace.

In short, we have a choice because this is The United States of America. If you let big business that spends millions of dollars on advertising dictate what you eat, do and watch you will have high blood pressure, die of cancer or a heart attack and be a social hermit who relies on sick media like HLN that exists solely to make money by selling advertising, for your perception of reality.

Will you just sit there eating cheese balls and drinking cola? Will you find something in the world that really can help you have a true understanding of your world?Do you know what the senate does? Do you understand what the role of a congressman is? Do you know the name of the Surgeon General of the United States? Probably not, but you do know what Casey Anthony said to Cindy Anthony a month ago.

It’s your turn to talk now. You have the power to not waste time believing that watching something like Nancy Grace is “important”. There are things that are important. Find them.

You have the power to turn off the opium. First you have to see it for what it is. Nancy Grace and Sugar. That’s what I’m talking about. Neither will make you richer or better looking and most importantly, neither will make you more knowledgeable. Quality thought can only come from reading and watching something of quality.

I will be the first person to admit that I like white bread more than any other kind of bread. I even like it with bologna and mayo. Why? Because I was trained to like it. Our children like Count Chocula for the same reason. It’s at their eye level in the supermarket for the same reason. Consumer manipulation. Change is difficult. But in the long run, it really is worth it. Ironically, in endeavoring to become informed, many of us buy into buying into what we’re told we should know, like and buy. After all, if you believe that Nancy Grace brings you any actual “breaking news” you probably would believe it if she told you or if one of her advertisers told you that eating sugar coated sugar is good for you.

So, one reader wrote to me the other day to let me know that she “eats a healthy diet” and she “eats no junk food” She also watches Nancy Grace to get “the facts of the case”. This article is for her. I rest my case.

Nancy Grace Show: Annie Le Disappears into thin air! / Still no sign of Haleigh Cummings!

Nancy Grace host of HLN’s “Nancy Grace Show” at 8 p.m. EST

The creature of our legal system has raised it’s ugly head. Watch Nancy Grace and see how innocent people are sometimes victimized on the stand, in court. Imagine that you are that person. Imagine that you have been falsely accused. Let’s face it, many people have ended up on death row and as of late, been released after DNA tests have shown that it was, in fact, impossible that they were the person who committed the crime. Prosecutor’s jobs are to question and destroy. Nancy was great at it. Now, she attempts to destroy people on her show. She is also successful there. Please don’t even attempt to convince me that Melinda Duckett would not be alive today were it not for Nancy’s harshness in questioning her when she was obviously emotionally unstable and incapable of rational thought. So if any of you want to question my motives, please don’t. My motives are to inform, entertain and hopefully get some interesting commentary from you. Why is Nancy Grace the topic of this blog. Mainly because people are interested in reading about her. That’s the only reason. I may change the topic of this blog at any time without notice. Until I do, keep reading. Eventually you will see that this blog really has nothing to do with DTM Nancy Grace.

Annie Le, a Yale doctoral student in pharmacology, has not been seen since she left her laboratory Tuesday. Her purse, cell phone, credit cards and money were found in her office. It seems as though Annie has disappeared into thin air. Nancy for once did not scream “WHAT HAPPENED TO ANNIE LE?” I am both pleasantly surprised and a little shocked.

I’m also shocked that the now infamous Massachusetts “sighting” of Haleigh Cummings did not receive a single word on tonight’s Nancy Grace Show on HLN. Is this because she did almost an entire show on some crackpots hallucination and now can’t bear to admit she wasted her viewer’s time. But wait! Double Tot Mom, Nancy Grace did NOT waste our time. After all, we got to see her even though she was talking about some maniacal fairy tale that held no water, for almost an hour. Why doesn’t Nancy show us those famous video tapes from the Wal-Mart now? She and her talking heads could talk about why Haleigh really isn’t on the video and how we were “all” duped. During the show it came out that the little person identified as Haleigh could have been a boy or a girl. Now that’s an ID I’d bet the farm on! Topics will run thin boys and girls! Don’t believe me? Let’s take a look at the rest of tonight’s show.

Nancy informed us that Haleigh Cummings’ father, Ronald Cummings, according to Nancy does not believe his now wife, “Misty” about her whereabouts the night of Haleigh’s disappearance. Alright, I’ll say it. WHERE IS LITTLE HALEIGH?!!!! Misty, as you know flunked all the psychological tests including the lie detector test she was given and continues to change the details of her story about what exactly happened and in what sequence. Was Misty out partying while a stranger or someone they knew came in and snatched her? (driving music just before the commercial)

And now for THE MOST IMPORTANT NEWS OF THE DAY! Nancy has a fan who has a birthday today. She likes to go to Chik fil-A and often dresses up in a cow suit so she can get a free meal! I could not have lived another moment without knowing that.
This had to have been one of the most interesting shows I think I’ve ever seen. I will note that DTM did not say, “What’s your question dear?” even once. She did, however, say, “Dear, what’s your question?” Do you think DTM has been secretly watching this blog?

All I know is, I’m out of cheese balls so, I’m gonna dress up like a Prima Ballerina and go down to the local Sonic for a nice Cherry Lime aide and some peace of mind. It’s nice to think in the car while you eat quality junk food. Is that an oxymoron?

That’s all I’ve got today. Until tomorrow, Goodnight Friend. Yes you are all my friends. Anyone reading this blog is my best friend. You may be a murderer, rapist, drug selling scumbag, but yep, all of you are my friends. Why? I want hits like Nancy wants ratings. It’s what I live for. I hope to sell a book about how I made the most successful blog in history. And I need you. I need you to come here every night and read this crap I write about Nancy Grace. You watch Nancy, so you must need something to do that is both simple and entertaining. I promise to entertain you if you will just keep coming I love you all. Goodnight Friend.

(Music begins) I’m so glad we’ve had this time together. Just to have a laugh or sing a song. Seems we just get started and before you know it. Comes the time we have to say “so long”.

Good night Friend

Nancy Grace show: Haleigh Cummings spotted? Tot mom, Casey Anthony insults George Anthony!

I was wrong. Nancy Grace is still the unprofessional, aggressive ass she has always been on the air. Her behavior begs the question, “just how rude can a person possibly be?” For example Nancy Grace referred to Casey Anthony several times, merely as “tot mom” now without even saying her actual name. She cut off her talking head guests numerous times insulting them as though they are her loyal subjects with no voice.

Nancy for a solid thirty minutes conducted a show about nothing. Nancy and her “experts” talking about how they have NOTHING to tell the viewers. (Be sure to view the video in full screen mode so as not to lose the effect of all those incredible and exciting graphics Nancy has!) It was supposed to be about Haleigh Cummings having been sited at a Wal-Mart Store in Massechusetts. Yes, of course, it had to be Haleigh. Virtually everyone on the show gave comment and opinions about if it could be or should be or would be Haleigh Cummings. They talked about how many cameras there were at Wal-Mart stores. They talked about the fact that no one had any film they could show of the little girl identified as Haleigh. The truth is, no one really knew anything. They took a headline and made an entire show out of nothing. Bravo Nancy producers! I was not disappointed. After all, why would I be. Nancy Fuels this blog.

See Misty Croslin Cummings under hypnosis
I started writing this blog several weeks ago. The actual purpose of the blog was to learn how to blog. I had never done this before. WordPress makes it so easy! I have to say for a beginner, this is a great place to learn about blogging. In the course of writing commentary I noticed that my hits skyrocketed when I mentioned Nancy Grace and especially Cayley or Casey Anthony. So, having watched and become horrified by this double tot mom before (Nancy Grace has twins and is thus a double tot mom) I decided that I would experiment and see why she is so popular. What is it that fuels her show? Now I understand. What fuels Nancy’s show is the pleasure people take in being entertained —-nothing more. What entertains people? Nancy Grace does with her stories of horror that make the average person’s life seem pretty alright. Add to that the fact that most of Nancy’s fans are white bread eating, fatback cooking, processed meat devouring cretons oooops, I almost forgot, “beer guzzling”, and you understand what the attraction is. And man does it sell commercials.

Now I can’t speak for anyone but myself when I say, it’s not very ethical to sensationalize the misery or the ignorance of others. But Nancy is a very intelligent and educated woman. so, what exactly is it that she is doing other than exactly that? She can talk or question circles around anyone on her show, and she does. For what? In a word–profit.
Nancy Grace has a new book out. She talks about it on her show. She wants YOU to love her so she talks about “the twins” to endear herself to you. She’s a wonderful mom! Well, I don’t really know about that, I’m just saying….

Nancy has only one goal. To further her career.
If Nancy Grace was truly concerned with finding little “whoever of the moment” She would spend more time talking about facts and less talking about her own opinions which are always “people who hurt children are very bad and usually family members” and “incompetence is frustrating in the investigation of crime” and “liars and cheaters are not cooperative and therefore guilty of murder”. The recurrent themes are the primary messages of every show. So why do people watch The Nancy Grace Comedy Hour? Because they’re drunk, full of white bread and therefore on a sugar high, broke, ignorant, lazy and bored. But let’s not forget the victims of the world who identify with Nancy. There are many people who blame everything but themselves for everything that happens to them. And for this reason their feelings are always hurt and they are always the victims of injustice. They get fired, their families mistreat them, their husbands, don’t understand them etc etc. These are the people who want to see Nancy Grace justice!

What crime has Nancy Grace helped to solve? None that I know of. She did manage to get a woman to croak herself after questioning her so harshly that she couldn’t stand to live any more. Melinda Duckett will never be charged and Nancy’s aggressive inquisition pretty much ensured that no one will ever know what happened to Melinda Duckett’s little boy. Yes, we all know about that. But, let me be fair. If you can think of one single instance when the Nancy Grace show contributed meaningfully to the rescue of any missing person, please respond on this blog on her behalf.

IN THE SECOND PART OF LAST NIGHT’S SHOW:
It would have been great if Nancy could have asked Casey Anthony why she won’t tell her father what happened to her daughter. But Casey won’t talk to the media any more. Nancy has made sure of that by covering the case with such blatant mis-care, for example playing tapes unbeknownst to Casey Anthony of her speaking with her family, that she destroyed any chance anyone has of ever questioning her again prior to an actual trial. Therein lies the irony. Nancy wants to try Casey Anthony before she gets to court and to find her guilty. But, now that won’t be possible. Well, no matter, because Nancy can talk about nothing forever! Just add some driving music and some excellent graphics and there you have it, a great show! Talking heads talking about why there’s nothing to talk about! Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to get some more white bread at the market and I’m almost out of beer. Nancy Grace Softens Under Pressure?

Nancy Ann Grace (born October 23, 1959) is an American legal commentator, television host, and former prosecutor. She frequently discusses issues from what she describes as a victims’ rights standpoint, with an outspoken style that has won her both praise and condemnation. She is the host of Nancy Grace, a nightly current affairs show on HLN

To anyone watching HLN’s “Nancy Grace Show” last night it looked as though Nancy had taken some time off to think about her demeanor and behavior that many empathetic people have criticized for some time.

Nancy interviewed the father of missing Haleigh Cummings, “Ronald Cummings”
and although the segment was designed to question whether he wondered if his wife Misty knew more than she was admitting about Haleigh’s disappearance, Nancy didn’t use her usual hard line interrogation technique with no regard for the person she is questioning. It was easy to see just how tempting it was for Nancy Grace to fire away at Cummings. After all, he is not the most savory of characters. He lives in a trailer with his minor wife, Misty. He has had numerous problems with law enforcement including a recent episode in which he is accused of assaulting his wifes father and brother in their own home. This was apparently the result of his wife Misty calling and asking her family to pick her up after she claimed that her husband had beat her. Yes I can see how Nancy might have been temped. Clearly, Cummings has violent tendencies. He has reportedly been investigated in the past for beating Haleigh. Now she’s missing. It certainly looks suspicious. But, Nancy controlled herself and asked good questions in a civil but stern tone. Quite frankly I was amazed at the change in her style. She appeared to be more credible than I have ever seen her. There were no talking heads spouting worthless opinions, no screaming or crying antics—just good questions. If in fact, this is the new Nancy Grace, let me say, congratulations Nancy! I hope this trend continues with one exception. Once again, Nancy had to bring “the twins” into the her commentary. She said that if she came home and found out the twins were gone……..etc. Does she need to state how she would feel if her children were gone in order to find out how one of the guest on her show felt when he discovered his child missing. And isn’t the questions a little obvious. Commentators and talk show hosts often ask the obvious. But why must they ask “how did you feel?” Michael Jackson’s daughter was asked shortly after his death how she felt. Does anyone really need to ask? It was obvious the child was in pain.
This is what I call ratings booting at the expense of showing a person proper respect at a difficult time. So, Nancy, you still have a little more work to do. But in general, this last show was a huge improvement.

I am not so presumptuous as to think that Nancy actually reads what I write. And were she to read this article she might be offended by my supposing that she has “softened”. After all, it is safe to deduce based on Nancy’s past shows that she relishes her tough reputation. The point is, it isn’t necessary to be rude and degrading to be tough. I hope that is what she has finally realized. Perhaps we will have another glimpse of her new style tonight. if so, I will have more to say about it later.
